Are your downloadable kids craft handbooks available as a hard copy that is posted to me?

My handbooks are currently only available as a downloadable format. This provides you with instant access to your book and avoids additional shipping costs and waiting for it to arrive.

What age group are these crafts for?

These projects are intended for kids from the age of 1 - 8 years although they may be of interest to other ages in some instances.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment via Paypal's secure arrangements, which allows payment via all major credit cards. These include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, and JCB.

What are the requirements for viewing the ebook?

The only requirement is that you are using a MS Windows based computer with any of the following versions - Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista. There is no need to install any software on your computer whatsoever.

The software will not run on an Apple Mac unless you are using MS Windows emulations software.

I am interested in purchasing your handbook(s) but would like to view some samples. Do you have any available?

Both my Kids Craft Activities Handbook and Kids Paper Plate Craft Handbook include sample crafts that you can view. Just download the handbooks and check out the FREE crafts on offer.

How do I open the kids craft handbook(s) after I download it?

Just double-click on the file like you do with any program on your computer and this will load your handbook.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will refund your money for a period of 90 days from the purchase date.

How can I be sure that my online purchase is secure?

We use Paypal for payment processing and we receive none of your payment details whatsoever. Paypal notifies us when your payment is completed - they are a trusted online payment processor.

When and how is my handbook activated?

Once your payment has been completed successfully, Paypal redirects you back to my website. You will need to enter the Paypal email address that you used to make your purchase and password(s) information.

The entry of your password is required to activate your handbook(s). This occurs immediately after your purchase is complete so you will only be waiting a few moments.
